The technique evolved from traditional methods to overcome anatomical limitations and to simplify maintenance. With less harware there is also an improved flexibility in the design of the teeth for optimal function, strength and aesthetics.

The All On 4 Plus® Treatment consists of these main elements

The All On 4 Plus® concept was introduced by Dr Alex Fibishenko, borrowing from some of the most basic and minimalist elements of All On 4 as well as other proven techniques with full set teeth replacement on dental implants, whilst additionally incorporating methods and procedures that can make a difference in terms of function, comfort, and appearance as well as durability of the restoration.

1. Removing of teeth and installing implants.

During the All-On-4 Plus® procedure, all teeth are removed, and dental implants are placed into the jawbone. The back implants are tilted to provide strong support, using fewer implants. This careful setup makes the final teeth stable, flexible, and long-lasting, ready to support a natural-looking smile.

2. Creating custom designed Immediate final teeth.

Custom-designed teeth are created and attached within 24 hours of the implant surgery. These teeth are made with a special titanium frame for extra strength and are precisely set to fit each patient’s unique smile, allowing for great function, durability, and a natural appearance from day one.

3. Precise Implant Positioning using ALL-ON-4 Plus® protocols

Using digital planning and specific All-On-4 Plus® methods, implants are placed accurately in the jaw. This careful positioning improves how well the teeth work, feel, and look while making it easier to clean. The precision ensures a comfortable, strong, and long-lasting fit for the new smile.

All On 4 Plus® offers a cutting-edge solution for full-mouth dental restoration, delivering a stable, natural-looking smile in as little as 24 hours. Unlike traditional dentures, which often require adhesives and can feel uncomfortable, this advanced approach uses just four carefully placed implants to secure an entire arch of custom-designed teeth. With components like the titanium bar to evenly distribute force, abutments for precise alignment, and Immediate Final Teeth™ crafted for both beauty and functionality, All On 4 Plus® ensures a lasting and reliable result. Available exclusively through All On 4 Plus® Premium Providers™, this treatment is trusted for exceptional strength, comfort, and appearance.

Regular Implants

Most All On 4 Plus® treatments use Straumann BLX implants, known for their stability and strength. These implants anchor the entire set of teeth, integrating with the bone to provide a secure, lasting foundation.

Bar

The titanium bar connects the implants, creating a strong, rigid framework. This bar ensures that functional forces are distributed evenly across the implants, enhancing stability and durability for the prosthetic teeth.

Immediate Final Teeth

Custom-designed Immediate Final Teeth™ are attached to the titanium bar within 24 hours, providing patients with a natural-looking, fully functional smile right after surgery, without the need for temporary dentures.

Abutments

Abutments are connectors between the implants and prosthetic teeth. They angle and align the final teeth for a natural, comfortable fit while securely attaching to the titanium bar and implants.
